CEP has the Ford 6.0 Oil Cooler with the part number 3C3Z-6A810-Athat will replace the leaking oil cooler in your 2003-2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. The oil cooler can lose its ability to properly cool the oil in your Powerstroke engine as it can be plugged or blocked from contaminants and debris in your cooling system. An improperly functioning 6.0 oil cooler can cause premature wear and even devastating engine failure. Installing the oil cooler, which is near the front of the lifter valley in the engine block, necessitates taking off the intake manifold. This redesigned Ford oil cooler is stronger than the original one and comes with the O-rings and installation instructions.
